Jurong's morepork owls (they were labelled as Ninox boobook in the World of Darkness exhibit) have been moved here, while the tawny frogmouth that was housed here has been moved to Jurong.
They are actually Boobooks and not Moreporks. Most of their birds were imported from Europe, and a couple by way of donation (?). The WRS seems to waver between calling them N. novaeseelandiae and N. boobook (the latter of course was formerly lumped in the former).
