Unfortunately not too big ...

This was the sable antelope yard up until 1999 when the warthogs arrived, which were then the only ones in the UK. They have however bred successfully in this enclosure.

Warthogs are suitable for associations with other species (Sable Antilope, Eland, Scimitar-horned Oryx, Arabian Oryx, Lowland Nyala, Impala, Blesbok, Congo Buffalo, Giraffe, Greater Kudu, White Rhino, etc.), several succesfull example prove this. Marwell has many of this African ungulates on huge paddocks, so they have the possibility creating a mixed exhibit with them. So why not? Or have they tried yet?

Not that I know of, but it's possible this was considered given that they were placed in a yard with access to a mixed ungulate paddock. I'll see if I can ask a keeper there.
