I have seen about 10 of the Washed Ashore installations and they are quite interesting, but this one outside Australasia is beautiful. It is permissible to pull on those string-like things, making the top move.
Hmm this answers a question I had about all the fencing around there. I had assumed they were replanting but this is very nice. I'm not an art lover but I'm interested to see these. The penguin looked cool but this one really is beautiful.
