Water Buffalo exhibit

Seems a bit too hilly. Was the intention just to have this pen for the goats?

I Have no idea. I think the goats were there for company. I think it's a ridiculous enclosure for a water buffalo, especially when there were plenty of flat paddocks in the farmyard area it could have been put in.

the map says this is capybara hill! which also seems a strange choice

Capybara Hill was on the other side of the slope. But agree that it's not ideal for capybara either.
