They would like to breed Hyena though and to do that they would need to import an unrelated female. They have done this with Mained Wolf so should be able to do it with Hyena.
Also would like Cape Buffalo, but as we have none in Australia permits to import them would be very difficult.
Waterbuck antelope males are only young at Altina but we plan on importing some females from New Zealand as per recommendations from the stud book keeper located in NZ but like everything animal availability, time & money as well as red tape, rules & regs can delay the progress of this sort of import.
