Westermann's cassowary (Casuarius bennetti westermanni) - Drive Thru Park

Drive Thru Park, formerly a safari drive-thru as part of Batu Secret Zoo, claimed to be the first "drive thru theme park". It's honestly one of the worst Jatim Park zoos and one of the more awful Indonesian zoos. Trying to photograph any of their animals in the drive thru area is challenging, as the driver only give guests seconds to view the animals, making my photos a bit crappy.

This individual formerly lives in the neighbouring Batu Secret Zoo and later Eco Active Park, until for some reason this cassowary ended up in this park. Subspecies from the Bird's Head Peninsula in West Papua, which have a more brighter coloration on their head.
