In 1997, the Zooparc de Beauval opened his 3rd tropical house, where live today manatees and gorillas. The western lowland gorillas (Asato, the male, his females and different babies born bewteen 2007 and 2011) have a large 3000 m² outdoor island and two indoor exhibits.
