Are you sure this is Eastern and not Western? It would be surprising to be an Eastern and looking at the Handbook Birds of the World the streaked lower belly looks more like a Western though I'm not completely sure.
It is 100% a western plantain eater, the streaking gives it away Zootierliste says that in Lagos they are wrongly labelled as C. zonurus which explains the confusion.
