little pied cormorant (Phalacrocorax melanoleucos). The other birds are Australian wood duck (aka maned goose) and radjah shelduck by the pond, and the head of a great white egret at the front.
 
And a pair of Kelp Gulls on the jetty.
 
ah yes, I couldn't work out what those were to be honest. So what's the one to the left in the middle of the water on the little island then?
 
I think it's a cormorant preening it's wings, and all we can see is it's chest.
 
Yup, plus several chestnut teal scattered around the pond, a pair on the water, a cormorant at the door to a bird box at the end of the jetty, a radjah amongst the trees at the back left, and the white blob in the top left corner is the belly of a pelican.
