@Animal the otters or the whole area? The otters I would give a 6/10. It is pretty good for a fully indoor habitat, and the recent changes made it better. They added the kayak and some logs, as well as always having enrichment like those palm fronds, rings, and ball you can see in the picture. The otters are always very active. They also used to have an unsightly net over the whole thing, but that is gone now.
As for the entire wetlands dome, I would give that a 9/10.
