Wetlands with Black Crowned Night Heron

The bird flying is not a Least Tern... doesn't have the right shape.

It's hard to tell what that bird is - Black-crowned Night-Heron maybe?

@birdsandbats Night-Heron or Great Blue was what came to mind for me.

@Great Argus @birdsandbats Same issue as the Turkey Vulture it's mixed up with another photo I got of some terns diving, it could be a species of Heron.
EDIT: It would have to be a Night Heron as the Great Blue Herons I saw flying were much larger than this.
