White-nosed Coati (Nasua narica) at Paignton Zoo - January 27th 2013

One of two procyonid lifeticks which my trip to the southwest of England brought me, this attractive animal has recently gone onshow at Paignton after some delay.

And a species that I missed by a few paltry weeks. God, you had all the luck on your trip! ;)

It's not hard to spot, so you'll easily see it next time around.

It was actually kept with the Ring-Tailed Coatis for a while but I don't think they got on.

I did look for it whilst I was there, nothing but plain old ring-tailed's when I visited!
