This zoo looks like it has quite the collection of waterfowl. Are they in netted enclosures or wing-clipped? Does this zoo focus on temperate and cold weather species for the outdoor exhibits?

They have multiple enclosures featuring waterfowl and hold them in a combination of indoor, netted, and open enclosures. Apart from maybe one or two birds and then the Patagonian Maras that are in the children's zoo, all the zoo's outdoor species are cold weather species.
The waterfowl species I've encountered at the zoo are:
White-Winged Wood Duck
Baikal Teal
African Pygmy Goose
Ruddy Shelduck
Plumed Whistling Duck
Whooper Swan
Red-Billed Pintail
Bufflehead
Red-Breasted Merganser
Chinese Merganser
Mandarin Duck
Pacific Eider (ssp. v-nigra)
Spectacled Eider
King Eider
Long-Tailed Duck
White-Headed Duck
Baer's Pochard
American Goldeneye (ssp. americana)
Harlequin Duck
Emperor Goose
Pink-Eared Duck
Philippine Duck
There may also be one or two that I'm forgetting. I also noticed and photographed what looked just like wild-form Swan Goose but I haven't uploaded the photos of those yet.
