Wild Africa - 18-Acre Savanna

July 25th, 2010. Species list: greater kudu, bontebok, waterbuck, addra gazelle, impala, Grant\\\'s zebra, reticulated giraffe, marabou stork, crowned crane and ostrich.

This massive enclosure is essentially one huge field, and it is a glorious experience to view it in the height of summer, but the downside is that Binder Park Zoo is only open to the public about 6 months of the year and so I question how much space is allocated to the animals in the off-season.

@snowleopard, during October - March I expect that the animals have as much access to exhibits as weather permits. It's the visitors that are limited
