This was the first time in five visits that I have seen any polar bears in the west end of their over 2 acre exhibit. Siku was digging a lot to the upper right of this photo.
This is just a small part of the total polar bear exhibit! This part was once a hilly yard for Dall's sheep and has also been home to bighorn sheep. From the high point here the polar bear(s) can see for kilometers out into the city!
