Wild invasive Peter’s rock agama lizard

I just checked the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission's webpage about this species. I had no idea that they had spread so much in the past 30 years! It sounds like they are mostly staying in urban areas, but are widespread in the southeastern coastal counties with a few more coastal pockets on the Gulf Coast side of the state (Naples, Sarasota, St. Pete, and Tampa). It's a surprise to me that U.S. Zoo's aren't taking advantage of this easy source population. Great photo - I'll have to look for this species on my next trip there.
