Looks like an Italian wall lizard (Podarcis siculus)

Yup, P. siculus. Well-established introduced species in & around Istanbul.

@UngulateNerd92 I've never seen a date mentioned, only that the dispersal was likely via trade ships; possibly in antiquity?

@Swampy ah very interesting. That would make sense. I doubt that there were any conclusive studies on this, but I wonder what their impact now is environment prior to their introduction. It would be a fascinating thing to study this species' ecology in Asia Minor.
