Wild Straw-headed Bulbul (Pycnonotus zeylanicus)

One of Southeast Asia’s largest bulbuls. Chanced upon it while it was bathing in one of the artificial streams in Primate Kingdom.

How many zoos can say they have critically endangered species living wild in their grounds?

Lovely photo.

@birdsandbatsThey are present in a few countries, but certainly not invasive. Robinia pseudoacacia, Quercus robur and Prunus serotina are 3 American trees that are invasive in many part of Europe.

@birdsandbats I suspect lintworm meant Q.rubra.
Spent some good times as a volunteer pulling up black locust seedlings, really pernicious species, especially in open grasslands!
Anyway, I feel we've gone slightly off topic here.
