I don't believe so, I think it's over in Springfield maybe? The building also houses the southwest region of MO Dept of Conservation. From what I've been told, this facility was designed by KC area birder with lots of "green" features & windows for wildlife viewing. We spotted Hispid Cotton Rat feeding under one of the feeders. Is a great place to visit for those in the midwest and Joplin is always in our hearts here in MO.
