I went to this zoo in September 2011 and I just wanna say thankyou. Because the sumatran Rhinoceros is one of the most remarkable creatures on Planet earth and to exhibit them is something very special. A moment i will never forget

Not only the only female in a Zoo, but also she must now have reached the prime age for a first breeding.

Does anyone have any idea what they propose to do about this? They can't afford to just leave the problem.

She will turn 8 years-old on July 30. So I believe she is one or two years past maturity.
