The Zoo has already begun to change it ! So the concrete ditch is dissappering, a mudhole, a new, bigger pool and new soft ground with diffrent kinds of materials, sand etc. comes into the new exhibit. The visitors will get much better views into the exhibit.Around easter it should be reopened.
The zoo plans a complete new elephant house in a few years, after built this new house, the present elephant house will be used then only for a pair of indian rhinos.
You see, the zoo is doing something for its two old ladies...
