The museum’s diorama’s focus heavily on birds. The other Natural History Museums I visited had outstanding collections of bird specimens…but the Bell (aside from specialist Creamer’s Field Museum in Fairbanks & the small Natural History Museum in Anchorage) displays birds at higher percentage.
