this hornbill was a tame one perched on some open branches for photo opportunities with visitors. The colour of the gular pouch is a bit confusing for me, as the bird is obviously a female but the pouch should be entirely blue (I am imagining that perhaps the colour changes as the bird matures, but that is just a guess)
