Kiondo and Matadi weighing up the opposition. There had already been a bit of chest-beating from different vantage points. Matadi clearly wanted Kiondo to play with him.

Are the climbing frames finished now?- or at least as much as they will be?

Is that definately Matadi?- he doesn't look as black-coloured as previously.

I don't think they're finished - they don't look like it, rather basic and lacking the 'extras' that the old ones had.

Oh dear, not again! I thought I'd identified them correctly! I'm pretty sure it is Matadi as one the same size emerged briefly from the house, beating his chest, and he looked lighter, so I assumed he was N'Dowe. Maybe it's the light, or lack of it. The larger one is definitely Kiondo

A local gorilla expert has confirmed that it is indeed Matadi
