Ah, Wrigley Field, the first and only zoo to exhibit the critically endangered Chicago Cub Champions and their infamous breeding program. They didn't even get any births until just two years ago.
@Yi Qi Actually, many years ago they had two back to back births in 1907 and 1908. Though since then breeding was halted because a goat broke into the enclosure (Don't ask how that effected it).
I must say that the viewing opportunities appear to be excellent for the species they display. I like how much grass is provided, although it would look much more naturalistic if they let the grass grow longer. My only complaint is that the fences are in plain sight of the visitors thus ruining the feeling of being in the wild.
@Moebelle true about the walls as there is a decent amount of vegetation. Then again, naturalistic sports walls are like Orangutan enclosures, there aren’t many good ones!
