If this is the correct Wutai he's the male from Dudley? Do you have any ID signs the Aspinall parks usually have on the fencing?
He's got a bad reputation for killing a female it might have been females. Wutai arrived from Dudley on the 18th September 2010, presumably so Dudley can now breed (They've got 1:1 from Banham- Maargash the male and Nanga from Usti) Maargah's sister Ziva is now at Howletts with a recently arrived male from France.
