Cat-man, i'm sure bongorob will correct me if i'm wrong, but I'm fairly sure that this is Chester.

All of the Chester photos used to be in the 'UK Other' gallery until a seperate Chester gallery was created and I guess this photo must have 'slipped through the net' when the photos were moved to the new gallery
