October 2025; Don't ask me why are there turacos in the otherwise seemingly American-themed house. These turacos were previously displayed in the Gora Ark aviary.

Six other turaco species and Black-casqued Hornbills aren‘t that comfortable cohabitants…
Bird team in Zlín never cared about zoogeographical factuality when it came to attempts to breed their rare species. Pair of Maguari storks has been for years tucked away behind Omo aviary and could be seen with a bit of luck through the mesh. And given that from what I heard the turacos actually produced some eggs/offspring this year (although most likely not raised successfully as the zoo didn't announce anything) shows it being step the right direction.
