Well there is indeed a lot of fake rockwork here but the zoo is also largely based on wildlife living near rocky shores. There isn't an enormous amount of planting in the photos I have yet posted but more will follow soon. However, as the zoo is located by the sea the climate and winds would prevent large trees from thriving I assume.
