  • Media owner Toddy
  • Date added
The exhibit for blue duikers (Philantomba monticola) outside the Egyptian Temple in ZOO Antwerpen. Until a few years ago this exhibit housed lowland anoas (Bubalus depressicornis). A fairly standard duiker exhibit surrounded by glass walls. ZOO Antwerpen is one of only five European zoos to keep this species.

The Egyptian Temple is the oldest animal house in the zoo built in 1856 and now functions as an elephant/giraffe house.

ZOO Antwerpen, July 2011.
