Wow, that map looks a lot better than the map I was given today! While on one hand I was glad that the zoo at least still has paper maps, on the other the map didn't do much in terms of making the zoo easy to navigate. One problem with both maps, however, is the lack of detail on the pavilions. Especially the African Rainforest and Indo-Malaya Pavilions were difficult to navigate and had a lot of different paths. If I was told I missed an entire wing in one, I would not be surprised!
I prefer the maps from like 2010-2015 the most recent maps just feel devoid and not much personality. My map from 2011 also has a species list of the zoo at the time on the back which I find quite interesting.
