Zoo Map - 2015

Definitely somewhere between 2015 (new enlarged enclosure for Syrian brown bear at the entrance) and 2019 (enlarged lion enclosure, Big Cat House).

The orangs left the zoo in april 2017 (to Pairi Daiza) according ZTL and Tiergartenfreunde n° 87, which makes sense as the new lemur exhibit opened in 2018.

The aviary for southern ground hornbills opened in spring 2016 but the bird sign is not mentioned on the map (yet?).

So my guess is that this map dates from 2015

Perfect analysis! I'll go with 2015 then. It's interesting that none of my 5 Heidelberg maps have dates on them.
