Has to be more recent than 2019 (as until then, and possibly later, the Giant Tortoises were kept near the Komodos, as opposed to the tamarins), but earlier than 2022, as Clouded Leopards replaced the Fishing Cats that year. 2021 is most likely, as most UK zoos weren't producing maps in 2020 due to reduced visitor numbers (a result of the pandemic), but I could be mistaken.
@Kalaw I knew it was within a couple of years and so I'm comfortable going with 2021. If I designed zoo maps then I'd make sure to put a publication date on each one.
