Certainly way before 2002: in that year the waldrapp aviary walk through was realised.
However, I think this map is much older. The lay out looks 70 or 80 imo.
There's a picture of the european wild cat enclosure on Alpenzoo Innsbruck - Tirol - Geschichte : it looks like the present one, and it dates from 1982.
So I guess this map is older than 1982 because it shows the old wild cat enclosure location.
The red deer are a bit of an enigma: these are not on ZTL but mentioned on this map (left upper corner).
