This is a bronze sculpture of the female lowland gorilla "Pussy" who lived in Breslau Zoo from 1897 until 1904. This sculpture was made by German sculptor H.Kiesewalter (1854-?). At the moment this sculpture is not on public view. It is at the director's office and will make a came back as soon as the new gorilla house is ready.
