@nczoofan The wall has actually been there since before the flood. I have photos of the bison standing in front of it.
@StoppableSan I would also like to see bison return someday-- they were always my favorite animal to see here. The original plan was to acquire more bison after the flood, but I was told that it never happened because it might draw negative attention from the media. I don't know whether that decision was up to someone at the zoo or higher up in HE&R. There are zoos that cohabitate both bison and pronghorn, so if they would ever change their mind, maybe we could see both together someday.
