January 4, 2013. They stay lit like this for several minutes and then every fifteen minutes or so there is a FANTASTIC light show synchronized to music (Wizards In Winter by Trans-Siberia Orchestra). The zoo website had a video of it, but it is nothing like seeing it in person. The rest of ZooLights is really top notch too - I am positive this is the best Christmas Light layout of any zoo in the country.
