Possumqueen

I’m a retired graphic designer/ special needs caregiver. I worked at the Oklahoma City Zoo in the late 70s to mid 80s after joining the Junior Curator program. At that time direct contact with all species was allowed. I was one of the first women to work with the pachyderms, then transferred to the zoo nursery. I was there for the birth of G-Anne our baby western lowland Gorilla who now lives in Australia. I sent her some blankets last year. I’ll always consider her part of my family.
