An abyssinian ground hornbill in the African Aviaries in Copenhagen Zoo. The African Aviaries opened in 2004, and are some of the best of the smaller enclosures in the zoo. I think the one on the photo is a female (Copenhagen holds 1.1).

The polar bear exhibit in Copenhagen is part of the old bear caves. It was recently expanded a little outside of the picture, but the plan is to built a brand new enclosure for the bears sometime between 2008-2010.

Grey-cheeked Conure (Pyrrhura leucotis griseipectus) at Chester Zoo in January 2006, shortly before the two remaining females were moved to an off show aviary. Two pairs were imported but both males died.
