I've been thinking a lot about all the zoos I've been to and the individual memories I have at each of them. This thread is for people who have funny stories relating to wildlife to post them for everyone.

To coincide with the release of the band's new single Now And Then, I thought I'd make a new Beatles thread to appreciate why people love the band, or don't you're all free to voice your opinion, and discuss favourite albums/songs etc.

After the success of my elephant thread, I thought I'd make a similar one, just this time featuring giraffes :)

Sorry if this thread already exists but I thought Id make a post for a bit of fun to see which elephant sub species people like the best. :)

On September 3rd, Bristol Zoo Gardens, one of the most beloved and unique zoos in the United Kingdom, sadly closed its doors. The zoo will be relocating much of its former collection to its sister collection, the Wild Place Project in South Gloucestershire, about 9 kilometres (as the crow flies)...

Hi everyone! We will be visiting Madrid and Barcelona I we the next week. If you had to pick one zoo to go to in these two places, which would it be?

What are your favourite enclosure barrier types? Including: - Glass - Rock boulders - Fencing etc. I personally like moats, invisinet fencing and natural/natural looking barriers because you feel closer to the animals. Although you may prefer a certain type of barrier for easier photography...
