Hello all, long-time lurker but this is my first post, partially prompted by a friend who is a lifetime supporter of Chester Zoo but who is going a bit nuts over what they're doing to the gardens.
A few weeks ago when I visited, they'd replaced the rose beds outside the chimps with something...
The entrance gate, just newly completed this summer along with the "U.S. Bank Gathering Place."
Taken July 26th, 2008 at the Milwaukee County Zoo.
An elephant in their old enclosure, eating the flowerbed, as was commonplace at the time.
This is likely to have been taken between 1990 and 1994, but my knowledge of the zoo can't place it specifically.
