One of the most colorful of all ibises thanks to their remarkable scarlet red colors, and are the national birds of Trinidad and Tobago, and can be found from tropical South America to the Caribbean.

This photo reminds me that I don't utilize the cypress knees in this exhibit nearly as much as I should. Definitely something to take note of for next time.
The sign depicts an Inca tern (Larosterna inca) and a Puna ibis (Plegadis ridgwayi), I couldn't find the latter species which would also be a new species for Artis.
