What megapodes do you know of in captivity? What are they fed, how are they kept (walk-through aviaries, mixed species aviaries)? Do they do well in captivity?

On zootierliste I see that several European zoos now have Australian Brush-Turkeys. As several of this group of birds are critically endangered I was wondering if they had any success with breeding this species. Apparently Australian Brush-Turkeys are becoming something of a nuisance in Brisbane...
