    This was a really tricky subject. It didn't help that you could see outside of the tank at pretty much every angle.. Took me a while to get something I was fairly satisfied with. I still wish I was able to capture the oddness of this species a little better.

    I'm trying to find either a) water monitor lizards or b) Japanese salamanders in captivity. Does anyone know which zoos or private collections keep them?
