Right outside of the courtyard. In front of the cattle yard. I thought that was interesting placement because cattle don't smell the best so I'm not sure I'd want to be around them while I'm eating but that's just me.

By the way, the stork on top of the arch is just a statue. This area has most of the zoo's resources and amenities. List in comments.
