As they are becoming quite popular, I would be really interested to see what people would consider exemplary for rainbow lorikeet walk-through aviaries.
Thank you in advance!
I wonder what sizes are typically deer parks and similar enclosed spaces where ungulates like red or fallow deer, blackbuck etc. live not physically separated from visitor paths. And what are the smallest / narrowest successful examples?
Aviary was primarily Asian species, also contained a handful Nicobar Pigeons among others. I believe there was 2-3 Imperial Pigeons in the exhibit.

I know this may be a little debatable but I just wanted to post this question here before I forget to make sure I know what you guys think is the best walkthrough kangaroo exhibit in a zoo.Sure almost all walkthrough exhibits for kangaroos are pretty underwhelming, but of course there has to be...
As the final part of the ZOO's Greek Temple, you can walk through the Winter Garden, revamped to re-open in 2014. Animals are radiated tortoises, green iguanas, Gouldian finch, white-rumped shamas, green wood hoepoe and fody.
On zootierliste I see that several European zoos now have Australian Brush-Turkeys. As several of this group of birds are critically endangered I was wondering if they had any success with breeding this species. Apparently Australian Brush-Turkeys are becoming something of a nuisance in Brisbane...
Rock hyraxes and guineafowl in a walkthrough aviary.
That day was very insufferable, as dumbass zoo visitors kept the two doors to the aviary open at once! And they're excuse for being uneducated idiots is "Oh, we're village people!".
And don't even get me started on the aardvark...
Some species of Lemur.
The day I went, the guests were especially insufferable; they made so much noise that all the lemurs just hid in the trees! >:C
