Northern Luzon giant cloud rat (Phloeomys pallidus)

A white Asian elephant has been born at the Zoo Naypyidaw in Myanmar (Burma). The calf was born 27/10/2011, the calf is believed to be the first white elephant born in captivity. unknown (white elephant), an Asian elephant at Naypyidaw Zoo (Nay Pyi Taw Zoo)

The outdoor aviary for white-faced sakis and pygmy hippopotamus. A very nice exhibit, although the hippoes could use a bit more water (there is more than in this picture). July 2008

These cats are on a strong rebound,partly due to the efforts of Sigfried and Roy.

Solitude white tiger. This exhibit at the Cincy Zoo could use some work. The enclosure is fine,but the Tiger is bored without alot of stimulation in his habitat.

At the Jardin Zoologique de Lille White Rhineceros share they're exhibit with zebra's and antilopes. It's quit a big exhibit actualy!

This male is the father of Layla (the world's first rhino calf was born through AI). Photo taken June 2008.

At the Columbus Zoo. Karatasi was born in 1991 at White Oak Conservation Center to Dua and Amani. He was White Oak's first Okapi calf. He arrived in Columbus in 1996.
