A lot of zoos doing surveys now

I am curious if other people are seeing this in their region, or if it is just in Arizona.

I am on the email list for four Arizona zoos and within the couple months I have gotten online surveys from three of them. Two were fairly extensive: Reid Park Zoo and Phoenix Zoo. One was very short: Out Of Africa.

Apparently spring 2014 is the season of the zoo survey here. Are other people being asked to participate in surveys about the experience at their local zoos?

I got the Phoenix Zoo one but not the Reid Park one even though I'm on their email list. I don't usually respond to them but I'm a little disgruntled with Phoenix Zoo lately so I did that survey. Hahaha.

At John Ball Zoo during the summer we have a worker at the zoo exit most days taking surveys of how people thought there visit was and what they think we could do to improve the zoo.
