This small zoo in Texas has had its accreditation from the AZA tabled for a year to meet stricter standards (ie veterinary and quarantine facilities and etc.). Many small zoos have had similiar experiences now that the AZA is requring more of its zoos.

This is one of the zoos I'm hoping to get to this summer. Maybe in a month or so I can get there. I am going to try and visit as many Texas zoo as I can and get pics and write reviews for the forum.
