Adding Categories for Media?

Hi all, sorry if there is an obvious answer to this, I had a look but couldn't find anything. I was just wondering how to get a category added for media? I recently visited a brand new animal park and want to upload some photos. Thanks.
 
@aardvark250 is correct. That thread is used for BOTH discussion threads and media galleries. In other words when the administrator adds your request the new facility will appear in both areas (under the proper country). When you use the new request thread, in addition to typing the name of the facility, they also like you to add a link to their website if they have one. Also be sure to list what country it is in. And note it can take a couple or a few weeks before they get to it. (As a former moderator I can tell you that moderators do not have power to add facilities, only one of the two administrators can do this).
